\Facebook City Kitties Rescue: "City Kitties Rescue A CK volunteer encountered a disturbing sight this afternoon: a group of girls tormenting a tiny, starving black kitten. They were chasing her, trying to step on her tail, and screaming at her, laughing like it was a game. Phoenix (as she's now known) allowed the volunteer to hold her zipped inside a sweatshirt for hal...f an hour while they waited for a ride to the vet's office. She is now safe and warm with a giant pile of food in front of her. Please keep your fingers crossed that her FIV/FeLV test is negative."
